On Point Masonry and Waterproofing is run out of Paris, Ontario. I've spent 5+ years working on brick, block and stone all over Brant County and the surrounding cities. Most of what I see is the same handful of problems: mortar that's gone soft, brick that's spalling and flaking, and basement corners that get wet every spring.
